You’ll be on the shop floor helping customers, sharing product knowledge, and making sure they enjoy a great experience every time they visit.</p> <p>This role offers a base salary plus sales-based commission.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure stock is carefully received, checked, and prepared to a high standard, ready for the shop floor in line with Russell &amp; Bromley expectations.</li> <li>Maintain beautifully presented displays and an immaculate, well-organised stockroom and operational space at all times.</li> <li>Support a premium customer experience by helping on the shop floor when needed, offering friendly, attentive service that reflects the brand.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with the team and managers to help the store run smoothly and maintain strong standards.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul> <li>Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking with customers</li> <li>Passionate about fashion and enjoying helping people</li> <li>Takes pride in presentation and has strong attention to detail</li> <li>Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essential</li> <li>Available to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and key trading days; we are happy to discuss flexible working patterns that work for you</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>We encourage you to apply early, as candidates are reviewed on an ongoing basis and the advert may close once sufficient applications have been received.</p> <p><strong>Sponsorship</strong></p> <p>Successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work before commencement of employment.  </p> <p>This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to, for example, the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level, not being met.
