Mix Utility (Night Shift)

Summary:

Assist Mix Room Pasteurizer in daily production of mixes and housekeeping responsibilities. Maintain an efficient working environment, promote teamwork and ensure production of the highest quality products available in the marketplace.

Wage Range: $22.92 - $24.72

Shift: Night - 8:00pm-4:30am 

 

Essential Functions:

• Stage Pallets, full bags and partial bags of powder with pallet jack and cart.
• Safely cut powder bags open.
• Must be able to quickly adjust schedule based on current conditions.
• Load rack with correct ingredients.
• Fill out dry slips with the appropriate lot numbers.
• Assist with any cleaning duties in mix department.
• Dispensing and working with chemicals and steam water in a safe manner.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• The ability to use an electric pallet jack is a job requirement.
• Check and fill foot foamers as needed.
• Washing 10gallon product storage cans.
• Bring down Re-work from the Vault.
• Stacking bundles of ice cream on pallets at a rate of up to 20 bundles per minute in freezer environment of -20 F.
• Other duties as assigned.
