<div class="content-intro"><p>At SanMar, the work you do makes a difference.</p></div><p><strong>What's the Short Version?</strong></p> <p>The Cross Dock I unloads and loads incoming and outgoing trailers, and sorts, palletizes, and moves product.</p> <p><strong>What Will You Be Doing?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Use a Radio Frequency (RF) unit to track all movement of product entering and leaving building by scanning designated labels and barcodes.</li> <li>Unload and load product by following standard operating procedures.</li> <li>Use an electric power jack to move pallets and/or product as needed.</li> </ul> <p>What Are We Looking For?</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred</li> <li>Ability to read, write, and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.</li> <li>May need basic math skills in counting and quantity.</li> <li>May need to complete and maintain SanMar’s Lift Operator Certification every two years.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require.</li> <li>Ability to learn Internal Operating System and operate Radio Frequency (RF) unit.</li> <li>Ability to work in fast paced, high volume environment while meeting deadlines.</li> <li>Able to work both independently and within a team.</li> <li>Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Comprehend verbal and written instructions.</li> <li>Essential days or overtime may be required.</li> <li>Ability to read, write, and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.</li> <li>May need basic math skills in counting and quantity.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What's Our Offer?</strong></p> <p>$20.82 - $25.50 per hour. ($1.00 differential shift)</p> <p>Monday - Friday 2:30pm - 11pm</p> <p>Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start.
