Director of Corporate Giving

As the Director of Corporate Giving, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our company values, shaping, and executing our corporate philanthropy strategy for the communities and causes we serve. With a strong foundation of 8-10 years of experience in corporate philanthropy, including non-profit experience, you will manage relationships with key stakeholders, and drive the development and execution of our corporate giving programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on society while contributing to the success of our company. The Director will be guided in all activities by ACDC’s Corporate Values Platform.

Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Communicate and partner with appropriate internal and external partners to facilitate and put opportunities into action.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify philanthropic opportunities.
• Lead, develop, and coach development teams.
• Identify, manage and make decisions regarding program and company long-term giving and philanthropic strategies.
• Pursue trainings, credentials, and development opportunities.

• Responsible for ongoing Divisional business development plans, goals, and relationships.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate giving strategy aligned with ACDC’s values and business objectives, ensuring that our philanthropic efforts have a measurable impact. 
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals as the department and role grows, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Utilize your non-profit experience to identify and establish strategic partnerships with organizations that share our mission and values. 
• Oversee the grantmaking process, including due diligence, proposal evaluation, and grant management, to support non-profit organizations and community initiatives. 

•  Collaborate with internal partners to develop and implement employee engagement programs that encourage volunteerism and charitable giving among our staff. 
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement tools to evaluate the impact of our corporate giving programs and report regularly to senior leadership. 
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to corporate philanthropy and maintain transparency in all activities. 
• Manage the corporate giving budget efficiently, optimizing resources for maximum social impact. 
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including non-profit partners, government agencies, and community organizations. 

• Develop and execute communication strategies to effectively communicate our corporate giving initiatives to employees, customers, and the public. 
• Directly accountable for operations of and oversight of all philanthropic missions and vendors, partners relationships and organizations including management of assigned staff, events.
• Attend networking events and conferences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
