About the role

Analytics Leadership Development Program (ALDP) – Full Time Associates

The Cigna Group, along with its wholly owned subsidiary Evernorth, is hiring a class of full-time associates for its Analytics Leadership Development Program (ALDP).

The ALDP seeks to develop future analytics leaders for The Cigna Group and Evernorth. We believe data, analytics, and artificial intelligence are the critical to solve healthcare’s greatest challenges, and we’re committed to hiring and training the next generation of leaders who will combine their advanced technical skills—including AI and machine learning—with business acumen, communication, and leadership to tackle those huge societal challenges.

Overview

The Cigna Group's Analytics Leadership Development Program is seeking curious, driven individuals who are eager to learn, grow and lead. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those early in their careers who are excited to apply their academic knowledge in analytics, data science and AI. The ALDP is designed to support your transition from academia to industry in which the framework allows for continued development through participation in a series of rotations. Associates are able to focus on key data, machine learning, and analytical competencies during the 4–5 year program. ALDP’s formalized structure is comprised of technical and non-technical skills training, networking opportunities, formal mentoring, and use of cutting-edge analytical and AI tools. Program rotations are typically 12–18 months in length and span all areas of The Cigna Group’s Data and Analytics organization. Possible full-time projects include, but are not limited to:

(1) Building predictive models to identify high-need customers for one of The Cigna Group's clinical programs using machine learning techniques.
(2) Leveraging clustering algorithms and AI-driven segmentation to enable personalization in customer communication and outreach.
(3) Apply natural language processing (NLP), and other advanced analytical capabilities, to analyze unstructured data such as customer feedback or clinical notes.
