You will have the ability to connect data sources and use your analytical skills to assist with any changing reporting needs of the business. You will work closely to support the Commercial business partners, Enablement and Data and Insights teams in line with a strong</p><p>Teams culture in delivering to the rest of the business.</p><p></p><p><b>Your Key duties and responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Monitoring and managing<span> </span><span>data quality</span><span> </span>to ensure that<span> </span><span>customer data</span><span> </span>(e.g., Accounts, Contacts, Relationships, Addresses are free from duplication</p></li><li><p>Quality checking of all new Accounts and Contacts created within a week</p></li><li><p>Perform analysis and test on the CRM and Power BI to verify overall<span> </span><span>data quality</span><span> </span>is maintained, identify potential issues and propose, and support implementation of solutions both process and technical to improve<span> </span><span>data quality</span></p></li><li><p>Define processes for carrying out<span> </span><span>data quality</span><span> </span>monitoring on the CRM system ensuring that all areas are covered</p></li><li><p>Validate any new SFE CRM users as part of the onboarding process</p></li><li><p><span>Understand and support<span> </span><span>Segmentation</span><span> </span>and Targeting for the business</span></p></li><li><p><span>Deactivate any CRM accounts for leavers (and reallocate resources as required), as part of the offboarding process</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to training material and creation of technical documentation and SOPs</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure territories reflect any ownership changes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Respond to queries relating to<span> </span><span>CRM data management</span><span> </span>and quality</span></p></li><li><p><span>Set<span> </span><span>data retention</span><span> </span>policies and archive data as and when relevant in line with existing Convatec policy</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure compliance to the Convatec Data Privacy Policy</span></p></li><li><p><span>Liaise with data vendors/ suppliers regarding any feedback or data issues and requests</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understand all data dependencies within the CRM system and advise on the impact of any changes</span></p></li><li><p><span>Champion the appropriate use of<span> </span><span>CRM data</span><span> </span>and fields</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with the Commercial Business Partners and Data and Insights sub team to support any changes to the Insights reporting</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure the CRM is ready for new launches</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop dashboards</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understand the<span> </span><span>CRM reporting</span><span> </span>that is in Power BI</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform<span> </span><span>UAT Testing</span><span> </span>as required</span></p></li><li><p><span>Other – Ad hoc per business needs</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>About you:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Curious Self Starter exuding enthusiasm, flexibility, and self-motivation to achieve goals</p></li><li><p>Team player that collaborates and encourages others towards shared goals</p></li><li><p>Great communicator, this role will require communicating with technical and non-technical groups verbally and in writing</p></li><li><p>Being Analytical, always remember the outc
