Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Assistant to support our production operations and ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role plays a vital part in coordinating daily production activities, assisting teams, and maintaining seamless workflows across projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and supporting daily production operations

• Help prepare materials, schedules, and resources for ongoing projects

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

• Maintain organized records, documentation, and production-related data

• Support quality control and ensure production processes run smoothly

• Provide general administrative and operational assistance as needed
