Responsibilities

As a PRN Physical Therapist (PT), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

💼 What You'll Do:

• Provide patient-centered, one-on-one care with a focus on functional outcomes

• Create personalized, creative treatment plans that help residents thrive

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for holistic care delivery

• Document progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner

• Be a trusted partner in your patients' recovery journeys

 

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited PT program

• Valid (or pending) PT license in Ohio

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before starting)

• Experience in senior rehab, long-term care, or acute settings is a plus — but your passion for care is what counts most
