Full-Time Recruiter Contractor (On-Site)

Description

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Recruiter Contractor to join our team and assist with new store openings across Arizona, California, Tennessee, and Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality recruitment and extensive experience with Paylocity HRIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process for new store openings in designated states.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Conduct interviews via virtual platforms, phone, or in-person.
• Evaluate candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Onboard new hires using Paylocity HRIS.
• Ensure compliance with I9/E-Verify regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality recruitment.
• Proficiency with Paylocity HRIS.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to assess candidate potential effectively.
• Knowledge of I9/E-Verify compliance.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Pay: Starting at $20 per hour
