Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Director to serve as a strategic partner to our business teams, driving initiatives that align HR strategies with business objectives. Based out of our New York City headquarters, or our Austin, TX office, the HRBP Director will work closely with leaders and employees to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand business priorities and develop tailored HR strategies to achieve them.
  • Provide thought leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy to drive business success.

Talent Management & Development

  • Partner with leaders to identify critical talent needs, ensure robust succession planning, and support leadership development initiatives.
  • Design and deliver targeted training programs to address skill gaps and promote career growth for team members.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Champion a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Technology and Finance teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, fostering strong relationships and promoting a positive work environment.

Performance Management

  • Implement performance management processes, including goal alignment, continuous feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide coaching to leaders on performance improvement plans, employee development, and career progression strategies.

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Support leaders in navigating organizational change, driving team alignment, and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate workshops and initiatives to address team dynamics and improve collaboration.

HR Data & Analytics

  • Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making, track HR program effectiveness, and identify trends within the Technology and Finance teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of HRBP experience in a tech or SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence key decisions.
  • Expertise in employee relations, organizational design, and talent management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced knowledge of tools like Excel and PowerPoint.

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $185,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
