Job Description
The Treasury Analyst II plays a key role in managing and monitoring external bank and intercompany accounts, ensuring accurate financial records and strong internal controls. This position supports the organization’s financial integrity through detailed account reconciliation, financial reporting, and wire transfer operations. The analyst will also contribute to collateral monitoring and participate in broader treasury and accounting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor external bank and intercompany accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounts.
• Prepare documentation for the bank-wide general ledger certification program.
• Conduct moderate to complex financial analysis, research, and problem-solving.
• Prepare financial statements and internal reports for management review.
• Initiate wire transfers on behalf of business partners, ensuring timely and secure execution.
• Support collateral monitoring functions and assist with other treasury-related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Two to three years of operations-related experience
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with FedLine and wire transfer systems.
• Proficiency in account reconciliation and wire initiation processes.
• Advanced problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Solid understanding of general ledger systems and accounting principles.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and reporting requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, resolve, and escalate complex issues effectively.
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
