We’ll be happy to show you everything we know and we’re looking for someone who can teach us just as much in return!</p><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team and help us create beautiful and innovative digital products. As a Product Designer you will have the opportunity to continually improve your craft by keeping up with emerging trends in product design and push the boundaries to strive for innovation, while ensuring a harmonized experience for our end users.</p><p>Your primary responsibilities will involve:</p><ul> <li>Collaborating with product, development and design teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products</li> <li>Designing production ready screens with existing design systems and design guidelines</li> <li>Designing user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity mockups</li> <li>Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technologies</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>We are looking for someone with: </p><ul> <li>3-5+ years of professional experience in product design, specifically in UI</li> <li>A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience in interdisciplinary environments</li> <li>Experience working with design systems</li> <li>Experience in the B2B or financial service industry (which is a huge plus!)</li> <li>The ability to create and deliver production-ready files and assets in appropriate file formats for development </li> <li>Strong knowledge of design software (e.g. Figma)</li> <li>A strong understanding of user-centered design principles</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li> <li>Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively</li> <li>Proficiency in written and spoken English</li> </ul><p>We would love it if you have a start-up mindset as well as previous experience working for a SaaS company, and if you are familiar with the SAP Fiori design system.
