Production Center Manager 
 

 

For our site in Brugherio (MB) we are looking for a PRODUCTION CENTER MANAGER, for one of our coating center.

The role will report to Head of Operations and the main responsibilities will be the following: 

 

• Management of the resources of assigned production team including assigning objectives in line with operational strategies, defining roles, competencies required and training needs, performance evaluation.

• Organize production activities in order to ensure quality of services to customers

• Compliance with Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health policies and regulatory requirements

• Ensure application of technical standards

• Providing direction and establishment of long-term plans for plant improvements, optimization of processes, maintenance of machines and infrastructures

• Accountable for assigned production center budgets

• Controlling production costs and achieving production levels, set key performance indicators to track and improve plant efficiency.

• Establishes a positive work environment that encourages innovation, continuous improvement and adherence to high quality standards.

 

It's required:

• Degree in engineering (mechanical/materials);

• Italian mother tongue

• English fluent 

• Previous experience in similar role

• Leadership

• Very good communication skills,

• Organization and planning skills

• Goals orientation
