What You’ll Do

• Perform complex diagnostics, precision repairs, and routine maintenance across Volkswagen and other European vehicles.
• Apply your expertise with advanced German engineering using the latest factory-approved tools and technology.
• Ensure every repair meets Volkswagen standards for quality and safety.
• Road test vehicles to confirm flawless performance.
• Partner closely with Service Advisors to deliver accurate estimates, professional recommendations, and timely updates.
• Execute all warranty and recall work with precision and compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• Volkswagen factory-trained or ASE Master Technician (or equivalent European brand experience).
• Strong diagnostic skills with a proven ability to solve complex issues efficiently.
• A reputation for detail, accuracy, and high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without compromising quality.
