We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our Events Team in planning and executing dynamic, high-impact events. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for event coordination. You will play a vital role in logistics, client support, and on-site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish

• Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, equipment rentals, catering, and transportation

• Support communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams

• Maintain accurate event documentation and schedules

• Help with setup, registration, and breakdown of events

• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback

• Manage inventories of promotional materials and event supplies

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field

• 1+ year of experience in event planning or administrative support preferred

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic event planning software

• Must be available to work occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedule
