Join our Team! Leland Management is seeking an Administrative Assistant in the Clermont area with excellent customer service skills. The position is full-time and may include occasional weekends and GREAT benefits. Proposed start date is January 2, 2025.


Homeowner/Resident Assistance:

· Answer & return phone calls

· Assist with any homeowner/resident questions or concerns

· Update caliber information as needed

· Devices

     o Activate, fix, deactivate, and accept payments

· Gate assistance

     o Call box assistance

· Distributes Welcome Letters

· Questions/concerns

· Website Help


Kitchenette Reservation Assistance:

· Assists with questions

· Obtain money & agreement

· Create a reservation sign


ARB Assistance

· Assists with questions and/or submission 

· Create agenda & send agenda

· Input in Sharepoint 

· Attends meetings for any additional questions 


Manager Assistance:

· Homeowner violation concerns/questions

· Violations input

· Vendors

    o Work performed

    o Questions/concerns

    o Follow up 

· Work orders

    o Creating, sending, & closing out

· Community Events 

· Generate reports 


Lifestyle Coordinator:

· Follow up/coordinate the vendors

· Maintain events/calendar sections of the community’s website. 

· Take photos of community events, parties, and other special occasions.

· Oversee and inventory all the Lifestyles assets 

· Oversee and process invoices from sponsorship, events, and vendors. Send to CAM to review and approve. 

· Setting up/break down for meetings and events.

· Supervise and review the performance of the vendor. 

· Coordinate with them to complete specific tasks based on Waterbrooke needs.

· Help organize and host resident activities on or off premises, including, but not limited to, dances, theme parties, holiday celebrations, exercise programs, movies etc.

· Review the budget and provide ideas and suggestions.
