Job Summary
Provides leadership, guidance and direction in achieving outcomes with a focus on key administrative objectives related Financial Viability, Strategic and Business Unit Planning & Analysis, Performance Improvement projects, and other key business functions. Responsible for the development and management of major projects and/or departments as designated; monthly Budget Analyst and variance reporting, special financial project management, and productivity monitoring.
Essential Functions
• Demonstrates ability in planning, implementing and evaluating projects, services, policies and procedures with the goal of ongoing performance improvement.
• Participates in the decision-making structure and processes.
• Develops and manages systems, policies and procedures
• Prepares financial analysis to evaluate initiatives and assists the leadership team in the development of the annual financial and strategic plans.
• Works effectively and assures that effective communications occur between other disciplines.
• Oversees research on designated topics; benchmarks with current literature and evidenced based practices in Healthcare.
• Assists with facility-wide event planning.
• Manages the Capital Budgeting and Productivity Monitoring programs
Physical Requirements
Must continuously be able to stand and have use of both hands and all fingers, speak clearly, hear, and see less than 20" and a distance of more than 20 ft. Requires inside work with occasional intermittent noise and exposure to conditions such as dust, fumes, and chemicals. Has critical thinking and ability to concentrate. One must be able to respond quickly in stressful situations.
Education, Experience and Certifications
Bachelor's degree required. MBA, MHA, MPH, or other related field preferred. A minimum of 2 years of related work experience required. Prefer Data Analyst
and project management experience.
