This role will fill a strategic execution gap by consolidating scattered analyst roles into one centralized, high-quality team. The Head of Data will be hands-on in building pipelines, cleaning data, reimagining workflows, and ensuring the entire company operates on truth, not opinions.

• Build a clear picture of our current data flows, models, and reporting cadences.
  

• Strengthen the data foundation by refining metrics, warehouse setup, and reporting accuracy.
  

• Take ownership of the data function for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and board-level business reviews.
  

• Consolidate existing analysts into a centralized, high-performing team.
