What You’ll Do

• Oversee cabling installation projects and guide technician teams in the field
• Conduct pre-installation site surveys to assess and document scope
• Set up and maintain structured cable pathways according to design specs
• Perform post-installation quality audits to ensure compliance with standards
• Train field technicians on proper cabling practices and safety procedures
• Collaborate with Deployment Managers to align on timelines and team resources
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in customer communications

What You Bring

• Must Haves
  • 3+ years of experience in low-voltage or structured cabling installation
  • Strong understanding of cabling standards (TIA/EIA, BICSI preferred)
  • Proficiency with hand tools, testers, and labeling systems
  • Ability to read technical drawings and scope documentation
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S.

• Nice-to-Have
  • BICSI Installer or Technician certification
  • Experience with hospitality or commercial cabling projects
  • Familiarity with network closets, rack building, and cable management
