Management Consulting for its offices in Milan and Rome</strong>.</p><p><strong>As a VIE, you will have two types of mission:</strong></p><ul><li>As a consultant: operational interventions with clients in business transformation projects</li><li>As an analyst: expertise studies and benchmarks carried out on our areas of expertise within the framework of knowledge centres or on behalf of clients</li></ul><p><strong>Managed by experienced consultants, you will be working on the following themes:</strong></p><ul><li>Organizational and process transformation in banking and insurance, as well as regulatory compliance (internal controls, operational risks, circular no. 263, MIFID 2, SEPA, FATCA, IDD ...)</li><li>Transformation of the IT function (sourcing models, Software Asset Management, Lean IT, reduction of complexity ...)</li><li>HR Process and HR Information Systems (HRIS): project management and operational implementation</li><li>Data Asset Management: Data Governance, Data Protection (GDPR), Data Quality</li><li>Risk Management in Insurance (Solvency II), Actuarial Science</li></ul><p>You will also contribute to our policy of publishing articles for our blogs and for the press.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Graduated (Bachelor and Master's Degree are both considered) from an engineering or business school</li><li>A first experience (internship or first job) in consulting or with major players in the sector of Financial Services, Personal Data Protection or HR fields, if possible related to professions close to management and technology consulting</li><li>Teamworking, open-minded, analytical skills and wish to get involved and quickly take responsibility for high value-added missions within a dynamic structure</li></ul><p><strong><u>Required spoken languages</u></strong>: <strong>fluent Italian and English</strong>.</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong><u>This position is open primarily to any candidate from a European country (except Italy) who already has a good knowledge of the Italian language.</u></strong></p><p><u>Payment</u>: in accordance with the Business France scale + Going and Return transport.</p><p><strong>ELIGIBILITY FOR THE V.I.E</strong> - Any application not meeting these criteria will not be considered.</p><ul><li>Anyone <strong>over 18 and under 28 years old</strong> at the date of registration is eligible to apply for International Volunteer Service.</li><li>The departure for the mission is no later than the day of your 29th birthday.
