Position Overview:
The Sr. Learning and Development Partner is a strategic business partner with expertise in the development and implementation of learning courses and programs to drive associate performance and engagement. The Sr. Learning and Development Partner works with internal stakeholders to design and deliver strategic learning experiences and comprehensive curriculum to address professional development needs including orientation and onboarding, safety and compliance, leadership and management and competency development to address performance gaps and upskilling. The Sr. Learning and Development Partner will evaluate existing learning programs and methods and own the process of revising and updating both content and mediums of delivery. This role will manage Integra’s LMS module in UKG and provide support and guidance to end-users of this module.
The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and target sales performance incentive. This position has a target total compensation range of $103,000 - $134,000. Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with internal stakeholders to build strategic learning plans and comprehensive curriculum to address onboarding content requirements, performance gaps, and upskilling. Builds learning content and experiences within curriculum. Manage all projects with full-cycle ADDIE model.
• Owner of Learning Management System (LMS) providing support to internal administrators and learners including course loading and management, trouble shooting, and social learning administration and maintenance. Owner of all vendor partnerships relating to Learning and Development products and services.
• Partner with onsite HR leaders to design, develop, and deliver site-specific content to support professional development and safety and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Design, Communication, or related field plus 4-6 years of proven experience developing content across multiple mediums in a corporate environment with an available portfolio of work. OR
• Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Curriculum and Instruction preferred plus 2-3 years of proven experience developing content across multiple mediums in a corporate environment with an available portfolio of work.
• Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, Microsoft Office
• Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theories and strategies and innovative instructional design interventions.
Skills:
• Strong strategic action competence: Ability to align strategies and deliverables with global organizational and team business objectives.
• Strong technical aptitude including experience with rapid authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and/or 360 and Adobe Captivate. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite particularly InDesign and Illustrator.
• Communicates well with internal and external stakeholders and with a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical, excellent oral and written communication.
