Production QA - Quality Inspector-BA

OVERVIEW

Inspect all corporate incoming materials which includes raw materials and buy to stock products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect data that reflect QMS performance (i.e., production first pass yield, supplier performance, etc.)
• Perform product sampling and document
• Initiate NCR
• Follow-up to all quality material and product issues related to the product line
• Assist in training of associates as required
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Three (1) to four (3) years working in a quality control position
• Experience in working with applicable materials
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience working with blueprints and drawings
• Experience with and knowledge of measurement tools (ruler, gages, protractors)
• Understanding of metric and imperial measurement systems
• Bi-lingual in Spanish/English preferred
