Your Role as an HVAC Installer Apprentice

As an Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced HVAC Installers to learn the ins and outs of residential HVAC installation. You’ll assist with:
✔ Installing HVAC systems including ductwork, units, and electrical components.
✔ Safely removing and loading equipment, materials, and job-site debris.
✔ Supporting the delivery of an outstanding customer experience.
✔ Following Goettl’s “picture-perfect” installation standards.
✔ Keeping tools and materials organized and assisting in truck inventory.
✔ Following safety protocols and job site procedures.
✔ Learning how to communicate effectively with customers and teammates.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Required Qualifications:

• SOME experience in HVAC Installation or equivalent education.  
• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA Certification or ability to obtain
• TDLR- REQUIRED
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role and in varying conditions
• Ability to work evenings and weekends- ongoing during season

🔹 Preferred Skills:

• Any trade school training or hands-on experience in HVAC is a plus
• Familiarity with basic tools and mechanical systems
• Strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing, walking, bending, crouching, and lifting (up to 75 lbs). You must be comfortable working in tight spaces and in a range of outdoor conditions.
