We add value to Nordea by delivering ad hoc regulatory reports to regulators, and automating existing manual processes by analyzing large datasets, bringing our perspective to business events and new regulations.</span></span></p> <p><br/> <span><span>We are now progressing our team’s journey from Analytics &amp; Automation towards AI/ML. And we want to explore the opportunities within regulatory reporting domain where AI/ML solutions can be implemented to strengthen our reporting capabilities.</span></span></p> <p><br/> <span><span>As a AI/ML Senior Associate - Analyst you will play a crucial role in delivering AI/ML agenda of Regulatory reporting unit aligned with Nordea’s commitments and obligations towards our regulators.<br/> <br/> <b>What you’ll be doing:</b></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Work with the different processes across regulatory repots (COREP, FINREP, AnaCredit, ESG etc.) and identify use cases to implementation of AI/ML</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Assess the uses cases and Nordea’s regulatory reporting dataset and propose infrastructure and architecture to enable AI/ML solutions</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Design machine learning systems</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Research and implement machine learning algorithms and tools</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Manage and direct research and development processes to meet the needs of our AI strategy</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Develop machine learning applications in alignment with project requirements and business goals</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Perform machine learning tests and statistical analysis in order to fine-tune the machine learning systems</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Extend existing machine learning libraries and frameworks</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Train systems and retrain as necessary</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Work with the engineering and leadership teams on the functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, and training of AI/ML solutions</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Advise leaders on technology, strategy, and policy issues related to AI/ML</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Work with large datasets and analyse the development of finance, credit and capital risk data</span></span></li> </ul> <p><br/> <span><span>The role is based in Gdańsk; Helsinki; Stockholm; Warszawa.</span></span><br/> <br/> <span><span><b>Who you are</b></span></span><br/> <br/> <span><span>Collaboration.
