Position Summary

As a Talent Acquisition HR Coordinator, you will be a key partner in delivering an exceptional hiring experience for candidates and hiring leaders. By managing the details that keep our talent pipeline moving, you’ll help CVS Health meet strategic workforce goals and support our purpose of simplifying health care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all candidate communications, and offer documentation, ensuring every candidate and leader experiences a seamless process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with precision, driving data integrity for real-time hiring dashboards and reporting.
  • Proactively flag potential delays or issues in the hiring process, partnering with recruiters, HRBPs, and leaders to resolve them before they impact business results.
  • Champion process improvements: Identify and implement enhancements to workflows that reduce bottlenecks, support compliance, and elevate the experience for all stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding by verifying technician license verifications through the Board of Pharmacy (BOP), and compliance documentation.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidate, recruiter, and hiring leader questions, providing timely, accurate, and customer-focused support.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Using the Applicant Tracking system as well as other HR systems and predefined business processes to hire candidates in accordance with the company hiring practices.


- Consistently communicating hiring/staffing details over the phone and in writing to assist in expediting the job posting, candidate selection, hiring, and/or on-boarding process

- Delivering meaningful, high-quality and timely service for hiring leaders and candidates, and taking action as needed to move candidates through the hiring process in a timely manner

- Superior communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate hiring/staffing details
- Ability to function in a high volume, production oriented, time sensitive environment

- Exhibit excellent written, verbal and listening skills

- Maintain information in the strictest of confidence

- Collaborate with others to deliver on shared goals

- Consistently and efficiently problem solve to provide satisfactory resolution

- Plan and prioritize workloads, both independently
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am -5pm in candidate time zone
Some weekends may be optional to meet business needs.

*No holidays or travel will be required.


Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Experience including managing the offer process


Preferred Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of HR principle
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

- Experience in Workday Applicant Tracking System


Education

- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Uses the Applicant Tracking system as well as other HR systems and predefined business processes to hire candidates in accordance with the company hiring practices. Coordinates with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs.

Facilitates the offer process for new hires, including sending offers letters, and checking candidate eligibility.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of hiring activities, applicant tracking, and other relevant data in HR systems or databases.
Communicates with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates, answering questions, and delivering a positive candidate experience.
Collaborates with HR partners, store managers, and other stakeholders to identify recruitment needs, develop job descriptions, and align hiring strategies with business goals.
Supports hiring managers and store teams on recruitment best practices, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
