Commercial Sales & ServiceResponsible for generating timely and accurate payoff quotes for a portfolio of lease and loan terminations by interpreting contractual agreements accordingly. Delivers on operational metrics such as quoting cycle time and quoting accuracy. Manages relationships with third party internal and external customers and investors. Responsible to work with customers resolving disputes with payoff figures and calculations and providing explanations as needed. Contributes to opportunities and strategies for operational efficiency. Contributes and leads process improvements associated with payoff quoting process. Participates in team development activities. Ensures that the payoff quoting process is compliant with all legal and corporate compliance guidelines.
- Performs calculations, account reconciliations and quotations on different loan and lease product types using system applications and platforms including Microsoft Excel and financial calculator.
- Resolve discrepancies/exceptions that frequently deals with routine situations.
- Process and complete buyout explanation requests by researching and resolving related account issues with internal and external customers.
- Maintains accurate logging of assets, codes, and dispositions and make updates as needed.
- Investigates, resolves and make recommendations on issues.
- Works closely with Account Managers and Sales Managers to foster customer retention.
- Provides input in continuous improvement of business processes and procedures within scope.
- Participates in the planning, testing and implementation of projects and new/revised products/services or processes.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
- Analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
- Completes complex & diverse tasks within given rules/limits and may include handling escalations
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
- Performs job responsibilities using various applications including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, RightFax, and other internal applications.
Qualifications:
- Typically between 2 – 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Specialized knowledge.

- Analytical and problem solving skills - Strong.
Compensation and Benefits:
$50,100.00 - $65,250.00The base salary represents BMO Financial Group’s hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
Base salary is one component of BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package for employees, which may include performance-based incentives, commissions or discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
