• You have an eye for details when inspecting rooms and controlling monthly budget.

• Your main managerial position assists the Housekeeping Manager in supervising Housekeeping and Laundry operations but will also provide assistance throughout the Rooms Division as needed.

What would my job responsibilities be?

The Housekeeping Supervisor assists in managing the Housekeeping and Laundry operations of the Resort reporting to the Housekeeping Manager. Responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training and motivating team members and checking private and public areas for tidiness. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities.

The objective is to assist in managing the Housekeeping and Laundry Operations and team. ensure our guests have a smooth and pleasant experience throughout their stay ensuring rooms are cleaned to Four Seasons Lead With Care standards, managing labor and expense budgets, as well as assisting in the Front Office.
