This is a hybrid position. Start as a P&D Driver; help receive, deliver, and pick up tires, retreads, wheels, and other tire-related products and materials. Train how to offer quality products at every price point and learn to impress every customer.

What You Need:

• Ability to pass a background and drug screen

• Valid driver’s lic

• 3-yr Clean MVR

• No DUIs & no more than 2 moving violations

• Prior shop knowledge a plus

What You’ll Do:

• Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth

• Pickup and delivery of tire inventory to/from local area customers

• Other essential and non-essential duties, as assigned by management

What You’ll Learn & Train To Do

• selling tire, automotive service, and tire service.

• Provide over-the-phone and in-person customer service

• Handle incoming inquiries, concerns, and complaints as they arise

• Accurate entry of daily sales, and invoicing activities

• Look for opportunities to improve our products & services
