You will play a key role in continuously developing our company’s website in order to attract more customers. Your work will have a direct impact on the ‘look and feel’ of our website and will be essential to the success of our marketing efforts.</p> <h4>Your responsibilities<br/>Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:</h4> <ul> <li><strong>Take end-to-end ownership</strong> of our homepage and blog and ensure its performance, speed, usability and stability</li> <li><strong>Partner</strong> <strong>closely</strong> with internal marketing teams to develop and iterate on landing pages, interactive tools, or mini-apps that are aligned with our marketing strategy and support conversion goals</li> <li><strong>Write, update, and iterate on code</strong> that meets industry standards, including troubleshooting and ensuring that content is accurate</li> <li><strong>Work collaboratively</strong> with our designers and copywriters to implement websites that are consistent with the company’s branding</li> <li><strong>Continuously analyze and optimize</strong> the website’s performance and user behaviour, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement</li> </ul> <h4>About you<br/>We think you’ll need the following <strong>experience and qualifications </strong>to succeed in this role: </h4> <ul> <li>Proven in-house working experience with rapid development cycles, using multiple scripting languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)</li> <li>Hands-on experience working with open-source frameworks (we use React and Next.js)</li> <li>Strong understanding of technical SEO best practices</li> </ul> <p>In addition, here are the <strong>skills and attributes</strong> we are looking for:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Delivery focused</strong> - You are motivated to deliver tangible outcomes.
