About the role

Key ResponsibilitiesJira Ticket Ownership & Delivery
  • Own assigned Jira tickets from analysis and estimation through development, testing, and deployment
  • Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely fixes
  • Identify enhancement opportunities from recurring support requests
Hands-On Salesforce Development
  • Build and enhance Apex classes, triggers, test classes, and Lightning Web Components
  • Develop scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices
  • Support integration-related work (APIs, middleware coordination)
Advanced Salesforce Administration
  • Perform complex configuration: Flows, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Assignment Rules, Approval Processes
  • Manage data operations (data loads, cleansing, deduplication)
  • Maintain system security, user access, and metadata hygiene
Functional Analysis & Business Interaction
  • Work directly with business users to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories
  • Conduct demos, support UAT, and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Serve as the onsite Salesforce subject-matter expert for day‑to‑day needs
Process Excellence
  • Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices and solution design
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and standards
 Required experience and qualifications
  • 6–10 years of Salesforce experience across development and administration
  • Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow Builder
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform capabilities
  • Experience working in Agile environments with Jira
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I/II) are a plus


 
  1. Someone  with Semicon industry experience is preferred.
  2. Knowledge of presales and sales processes – Pricing, Quoting, Opportunities, Registrations, samples etc. is needed.
