We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Strategy, Analyst/Sr. Analyst supporting our U.S. Digital Lighthouse Team in Fort Worth, TX, a typical day will include:

• Projects Management: Lead special digital projects, leveraging data-driven insights to improve program efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for impactful initiatives.

• Data-Driven Decision Support: Utilize advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Alteryx) to provide strategic decision support to digital functions.

• Go-To-Market Strategy: Assist in developing and refining our GTM strategy. Contribute to annual planning with accurate information and insights.

• Leadership Collaboration: Partner closely with leadership to drive growth in company priorities.

• Team Organization: Manage internal Microsoft Teams channels, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.

• Analytical Problem Solving: Utilize data, processes, and technology to creatively solve problems and provide strategic recommendations.

• Collaborative Working: Engage with cross-functional teams to build scalable processes and solutions.

• Data Analysis and Insights: Dive into complex datasets, extracting insights for strategic recommendations.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)   

• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English  

• 2 Years of Relevant Experience 

• ​Work hours: 40

• Travel: 20% Intl or domestic

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in an Administrative or Business area, or equivalent experience.

• Relevant experience in digital strategy, data analysis, or consulting.

• Experience in consulting preferred.

• Language: Strong understanding of English, as most communications are conducted in English.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with data analysis tools like Alteryx, Teams/Outlook, and experience with Microsoft Office products.

• Comfortable manipulating data for reports and tracking.

• Consulting Skills: Strong ability to break down complex problems, structure analytics to solve most important questions, and craft clear presentations to gain needed support for action.
