An opportunity has arisen in our Marketing team who play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by strategically positioning and promoting our innovative FISH and NGS products across research, clinical, and pharma markets.
As the Marketing Communications Manager for North America for OGT’s leading-edge products and services, your role is a pivotal one, working directly with our marketing and sales teams to achieve OGT’s ambitious goals. This role requires a strong ability to manage and execute campaigns, ensure consistency in messaging across all channels and own the delivery of OGT’s presence at North American conferences and events. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building brand awareness and engagement through targeted communication efforts.
Your duties will include:
Develop and implement marketing activities to drive revenue growth in OGT’s product portfolio (CytoCell, CytoSure and SureSeq) in North America
- Ideate, implement and drive direct marketing activities, including but not limited to organic (i.e. Social Media), digital (i.e. 3rd Party Advertising), PPC (i.e. GoogleAds) and direct (I.e. Mailers)
- Define the channel strategy for North American marketing campaigns
- Challenge conventional approaches by proactively questioning the status quo and developing innovative strategies to achieve communication objectives more effectively
- Work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager to identify high-ROI activities that support business goals and enhance our marketing and sales funnel
- Work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager, North American Business Development Managers and Global Marketing Team to support the creation of customer-centric marketing campaigns/projects and materials
- Contribute to and support of accurate profiling of contacts and account analysis to ensure delivery of relevant marketing activities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign providing metrics and optimisation suggestions on a regular basis to the wider marketing team.
Tradeshow/event management (logistics, shipping, catering, e-marketing, material production, internal and external communication)
- Work with the North American Sales Team and Regional Marketing Manager to create and drive the tradeshow commercial strategy for North America to maximise impact and ROI of tradeshow/event activities
- Strengthen and grow relationships with key tradeshow/event providers
- Own and lead the tradeshow management process including initial planning, booking, execution and post-event follow-up of all tradeshows/events in North America
- Plan and implement effective pre- and post-event marketing communications plans for each conference to maximise engagement and ROI
- Analyse and report on tradeshows/events to further develop our approach and strategy
- Manage OGT’s on-site presence to ensure conference set-up, take-down, packing and shipping (including equipment and collateral) runs efficiently, working with the North American Sales Team and Regional Marketing Manager where required.
Marketing material creation and fulfilment
- Manage stock of marketing materials, including collateral and giveaways, housed with external suppliers, and fulfilling supply requests from North American colleagues
- Contribute to the ideation and creation of new marketing tools (e.g., email, flyers, catalogue (ROW/NA) posters, exhibition stands etc) in adherence to corporate/branding guidelines and obtaining appropriate approvals
- Managing third-party agency relationships to maximize performance and successfully achieve execution of new asset and collateral development in North America
- Act as Brand Guardian ensuring all materials stay true to our voice and vision.
