Business Development Manager

• Proactively identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including phone outreach and targeted engagement strategies
  
• Deliver comprehensive online and in-person presentations to showcase our software's capabilities
  
• Nurture and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and keeping clients informed of software updates
  
• Attend 12-15 industry and association conferences per year to generate leads
  
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of GovEase products, technologies, competitive landscape, and industry trends
  
• Collaborate effectively with the product development team to shape and enhance software applications
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  
• At least 1-3 years of sales experience (SaaS sales experience strongly preferred)
  
• Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time, attending 12-15 industry events per year
  
• Demonstrated skill in phone prospecting, effectively engaging decision-makers
  
• Strong familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
  
• Proven ability to navigate sales cycles with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills
