A role in Enterprise Product means partnering with product, technology, user experience, data science, and analytics leaders across Digital, Marketing, Supply Chain, Store, Merchandising, Finance, and other business units to enable key strategies that are critical to the enterprise for the experiences we create for our guests. This will involve aligning product strategies, ensuring visibility, mitigating risks, and enabling decision making around the highest value enterprise product priorities.
As a Principal Product Manager on the Enterprise Product Team, you will lead the development of an outcome-based enterprise product portfolio planning strategy. You will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing routines to support the enterprise product portfolio, experience strategy, planning, prioritization, and sequencing in alignment with Target’s enterprise business and customer goals.
You bring a strong product mindset and related product culture to enable team outcomes. You will need to leverage your extensive enterprise product knowledge, as well as a data-driven approach to influencing stakeholders and making trade-offs in service of delivering value to the business and guest. You will lead scenario planning for executing enterprise product priorities that enable executive leaders to understand and make tradeoffs based on value to be delivered, dependencies and other execution considerations.
You will partner closely with product management, product operations, delivery management, user experience, technology, data, business, and strategy leaders across Target to deliver upon these responsibilities. Your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively and to influence senior leaders within the enterprise is critical to success in this role. You are data driven, highly analytical and embrace a test and learn approach.
