We’re looking for a strategic and execution-minded Growth Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team and help accelerate Klaviyo’s product-led growth motion.
In this role, you’ll focus on self-serve growth across the PLG funnel, with an emphasis on free-to-paid conversion, cross-sell, and funnel optimization. You’ll partner closely with Product, Lifecycle Marketing, Web, and Data teams to design and execute growth initiatives that help customers discover value faster and expand their use of Klaviyo.
This role is ideal for a PMM who loves the intersection of customer insight, messaging, and experimentation, and who’s motivated by measurable business impact.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy turning insights into action, and want to shape how product-led growth works in practice, this role is for you.
How You’ll Make a Difference:
- Defining growth opportunities across the PLG funnel, from activation through conversion and expansion
- Partnering with Product teams to shape and execute growth initiatives and experiments
- Developing hypotheses, success metrics, and messaging to support free-to-paid conversion
- Optimizing key user journeys, including post-sign-up onboarding, in-product education, and upgrade moments
- Crafting growth-focused positioning and messaging tailored to user intent and lifecycle stage
- Supporting cross-sell initiatives by defining value narratives and in-product education across the product portfolio
- Partnering with Lifecycle Marketing and Web teams to align in-product, lifecycle, and website experiences
- Translating learnings from experiments into repeatable growth plays and best practices
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or related roles, working on product-led or self-serve SaaS products
- Strong understanding of growth funnels, experimentation, and conversion optimization
- Have a strong bias toward action — you move quickly from insight to execution and learn through iteration
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making progress with imperfect information
- Oriented toward outcomes and impact, not just plans or process
- Data-informed and curious, using insights to prioritize, test, and refine ideas
- Collaborative and effective at influencing cross-functional partners to move work forward
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy building and iterating quickly
