Production Steering Specialist (f/m/x)

As a Production Steering Specialist (f/m/x) you will work in the production area where we assemble the newest Generation of Energy Module (Gen6). You are responsible for steering the production of the energy module. You will be the main interface to the program planning and logistics area of the car plant. Tasks are related to people, economics, key figures and volume.

What awaits you?

• You are responsible for the delivery of the production program (volume and time).
• Supervise and steer the work in progress stocks.
• You will steer the internal volume allocation (in between the lines, rework, quality) and you will be the main interface to program planning for scheduling the production, and for inbound and outbound logistics departments.
• Monitoring capacity, technical availability and delivery performance.
• System keeper for the production steering parameters in the IT systems.
• Support of Logistics’ problem-solving circles and participate in the network project work.

What you should bring along?

• Successfully completed Bachelor´s degree in business or technical field OR any equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in the field of production with a very good understanding of manufacturing technology, preferably in a production steering/planning position or logistics in general.
• A high level of analytical skills and knowledge of problem-solving methods.
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills.
• Motivation and creative drive as well as assertiveness and initiative.
• English and Hungarian language knowledge is a must, German would be an advantage.
