Medical Assistant

Medical Assistant - We are an extremely busy multi-specialty practice with 3 providers looking to add someone to our team who wants to grow and change with our company. The perfect candidate will be a Medical Assistant and have at least 1 years' experience in Primary Care or Rheumatology. We are looking for a task-oriented team player to work with our providers and staff to offer the best in primary and rheumatology care. The main focus for this position is patient care delivered by patient triage, telephone communication, and prescription refills with a patient focused attitude. Other duties will include administering vaccines and injections and prepping injections to be given by the providers. Computer experience and fluency is expected, and we have a particular interest in those who have worked with Greenway Primesuite software. Skills we are looking for are: Vaccine/Injection administration, patient vitals, prescription refills, team player and strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shiftSalary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Experience:

• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• Clinical Medical Assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
• License/Certification: Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
