About EliseAI

At EliseAI, we're improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. Everyone needs a place to live and access to quality healthcare, yet both are often harder to secure than they should be.

By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we make them more efficient, reduce costs, and improve the experience for everyone.

  • Housing: We simplify how renters tour apartments, sign leases, submit maintenance requests, and stay connected with their property team—bringing everything they need for their home into one place.

  • Healthcare: We make it easy to schedule appointments, complete intake forms, and we help patients communicate with providers, so everyone can focus on health instead of paperwork.

With EliseAI, organizations reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and deliver a seamless experience across essential services. We recently raised a $250 million Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz to accelerate this mission.

About The Role

EliseAI is hiring a Business Value Senior Associate for our housing division to quantify impact, accelerate customer outcomes, and position AI as a strategic growth driver for our enterprise clients. You'll serve as a trusted advisor who connects our platform to measurable business results—partnering with Customer Success, Sales, and executive stakeholders to build ROI models, conduct value analyses, and demonstrate how AI unlocks operational and financial value at scale.

This is a highly cross-functional role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of consulting, analytics, and customer engagement. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, CS, and customer leadership to solve critical problems—whether that means quantifying cost savings, refining how we go to market with value, or building frameworks that help the entire organization lead with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build quantitative business cases, QBRs, and ROI models that demonstrate measurable customer impact—partnering with Sales and CS to quantify value across cost savings, efficiency gains, and operational outcomes

  • Analyze client workflows and usage to identify opportunities for automation, deeper product adoption, and better outcomes

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and CS to refine how we position and deliver value to customers—shifting conversations from features to business outcomes

  • Conduct executive-level business reviews and value analyses with customer leadership teams, translating complex data into clear insights about ROI and business impact

  • Develop reusable value frameworks, ROI calculators, and customer-facing materials that enable the GTM team to lead with quantified results

  • Partner with leadership to uncover insights that inform CS & GTM strategy and operational priorities—ensuring customer value drives decision-making

  • Build internal tools, models, and value realization tracking to identify expansion opportunities and increase efficiency across teams

  • Serve as a connector between teams—coaching Sales and CS on value-selling principles and keeping complex customer engagements on track

  • Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team
