Position Summary
The Associate Manager, Retail Corporate Services will lead a team focused on ensuring compliance with state regulatory requirements around Pharmacist-in-Charge, Power of Attorney and CLIA Lab Director changes. The role interfaces and regularly collaborates with Field Leaders, compliance management and legal to support compliance with internal policies and state regulations. The Associate Manager ensures timely filing of change documents with state Boards of Pharmacy and other regulatory agencies.
The Associate Manager will also provide key support by overseeing (1) the Pharmacist-in-Charge, POA and Lab Director change process; (2) colleague work product to ensure compliance with CVS Health policy and state regulation; (3) improvements and enhancements to the change process workflow; (3) review of state rule and regulation updates impacting change operations; (4) maintenance of tools, playbooks and SOPs relating to the change processes; and (5) training of new colleagues. Additionally, this role will ensure data and guidance requests received from stakeholders are responded to accurately and in a timely manner to support business operations.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional work experience in office setting.
3+ years of experience with MS Office products, including Excel.
2+ years of people leading and/or project leading experience.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years in healthcare, business, licensing or related field.
Education
Bachelors degree required or equivalent years of related experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
