Sr. Encompass Product Manager

Position Overview: The Sr. Encompass Product Manager will be responsible for guiding the development of Loan Origination Software products. The Sr. Encompass Product Manager will ensure that the user experiences you build will drive the business growth of CrossCountry Mortgage. The applications you build will help our team become more efficient, enabling them to close more loans as well as improve post-loan experience. The Sr. Encompass Product Manager is expected to be an expert in the Mortgage and Loan Origination industry, with demonstrated success in building Mortgage Technology products.Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the point of contact for team members on all product projects including assembling, coordinating, and managing multidisciplinary project needs.
• Facilitate and troubleshoot any challenges associated with developing complex systems.
• Provide technical and management advice while assisting department management and personnel associated with each project.
• Maintain project documentation; provide efficient and accurate information for project inquires.
• Lead project meetings, presentations, and post-policy implementations.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
• Lead the development of project goals and establish the scope of projects.
• Ensure completion and success of customer support across multiple projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience building Mortgage/Loan Origination Technology Products
• 4+ years of experience in LOS system development and knowledge of writing business rules in LOS environment
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Encompass/Loan Origination Systems
• Expertise in BlueOptimal/Tavant/Blend and other LOS integrations
• Demonstrated experience in Agile Product Management and leading Scrum Teams
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience, Preferred.
