Using innovative technologies such as our own in-house apps, social networks, and digital tools, we provide a truly integrated global service.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Do you like challenges and are you interested in working for a growing international organisation?</p><p>Sia Partners are looking for a Finance & Revenue Accountant to join our Finance team in Dublin. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager in Ireland this position will be a hybrid model, operating out of the Dublin Office and be a key member of the European Hub within Sia Group.</p><p><strong>You will be responsible for:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist local Finance teams in month end closing. </li><li>Raise Sales Invoices and post to accounting software.</li><li>General ledger maintenance and reconciliation</li><li>Open and manage customer projects in Sia’s timesheets and invoicing system</li><li>Issue intercompany invoices and reconciliation</li><li>Follow-up customer payments and monitor cash collection progress.</li><li>Review and recharge client expenses</li><li>Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet, payroll, and revenue.</li><li>Intercompany accounting support</li><li>All other ad hoc duties as required.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Part/ Recently qualified accountant with 3+ years’ experience</li><li>Previous experience in a Solicitor, Consulting or Accounting Firm a plus but not essential.</li><li>Attention to detail is critical, organised and thorough.</li><li>Excellent time management, adhering to strict deadlines.</li><li>Team player with the ability to work independently.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and deliver quality work in a challenging, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Continuous improvement mindset</li><li>Strong Excel skills.</li><li>French would be an advantage but not essential.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>You can expect…</strong></p><ul><li>A supportive atmosphere, where innovation and initiative are encouraged.</li><li>A commitment to diversity, inclusion and employee well-being.</li><li>Opportunities to flex your intellectual and creative muscles.</li><li>Welcoming, friendly and professional colleagues.</li><li>A personal development plan with clear goals for advancement.</li><li>A meritocratic approach to promotion that rewards those who exceed expectations.</li><li>A competitive salary, in line with the market and your peers.</li><li>Flexible working arrangements.</li><li>A performance-related bonus.</li><li>Health and Life insurance.</li><li>An employer-matched contribution pension scheme.</li><li>27 days holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays</li></ul><p>Sia Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
