Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: The Heights - Cincinnati, OH

Community Size: 409 units

Pay Rate:  $23 - $25/hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus on-call incentives and commissions bonuses

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, with an on-call rotation

Who You Are:

• Experience: 1+ years in residential maintenance, including apartment turnovers.
• Skills: Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, groundskeeping, and pool care.
• Certifications: HVAC experience preferred; certification is a plus.
• Customer Focus: A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
• Tech Savvy: Basic computer or smartphone skills.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.

What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:

• Hands-On Maintenance: Perform HVAC repairs, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and more.
• Apartment Turns: Prepare units for new residents efficiently and to a high standard.
• Work Orders: Complete work orders from residents while keeping the community in pristine condition.
• Emergency Response: Address emergencies as situations arise or while on-call.
