Position Purpose
Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks within the Accounting Department to support accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Administrative support for accounting team functions
Maintain and organize digital documents and financial records
Support annual financial audits and special audits as needed
Assist in preparing bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations accurately and timely
Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data and departmental information
Provide support to assigned department with daily administrative and accounting tasks
Comply with internal financial controls, policies, and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned to meet accounting deadlines and departmental goals
OTHER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Complete all required education, competencies, and training by assigned deadlines
Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and participate in department meetings
Adhere to Code of Conduct and support organizational Mission and Vision
Comply with departmental policies and applicable state, federal, and regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHA, TJC, CMS, HIPAA)
Deliver excellent customer service internally and externally; promote teamwork with a positive, professional attitude
QualificationsRequired:
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic proficiency in computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional discretion
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
