Location: Various U.S. Offices (Indicate preference in application) 

• This application is for students who attend the Pathways Experience on Friday, March 6, 2026. 

• The Pathways Experience is a virtual, flexible program designed to give students a closer look at the RSM internship experience, our application process, and the opportunity to connect with professionals and recruiters across the firm. Programming is designed to be drop-in/drop-out, allowing students to participate as their schedules allow—full attendance is not required for early internship application consideration.

Internal audit  

• Perform financial services & internal audit assessments   

• Major in Accounting (preferred) or related degree    

• Candidates selected will intern in either Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Irvine, Miami, Milwaukee, McLean, Minneapolis, New York, Raleigh, San Francisco or Tampa. 

IT Audit  

• Perform IT focused compliance and controls assessments  

• There are 2 different types of individuals that we look to hire into this team:     

• Major in Accounting and/or related degrees      

• Major in Information Systems and/or related degrees    

• Candidates selected will intern in either Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Irvine, Kansas City, McLean, Miami, Minneapolis, Nashville, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco or Tampa.
