It will allow you to enhance your<span> </span><b>analytical and strategy skills</b><span> </span>and be part of breakthrough product launches, including our<span> </span><b>Advance Patient Monitoring division's</b><span> </span>next generation of<span> </span><b>AI advanced monitoring</b>.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>You will be part of a dynamic European team and support the organization with high-quality analysis of internal metrics &amp; market conditions. We want you to support us in collecting data to generate insights for business decisions to further business growth and support more patients.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Gathers, collects, records, tracks, and verifies data and information from multiple sources and generates reports, graphs, and presentations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Bi-weekly &amp; monthly reports and analyses regarding sales performance by customer and product</span></p></li><li><p><span>Dashboards: Supports in maintaining, designing &amp; testing key product dashboards (in Qlik Sense &amp; Salesforce)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Be available to support ad hoc analysis requests from all members of the marketing team</span></p></li><li><p>Lead problem solving methodologies through business analytics.</p></li><li><p>Interpret the data and provide conclusions.</p></li><li><p><span>Other incidental duties</span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Education and Experience:</span></b></p><p><span>Bachelor’s degree + Masters Degree mandatory + min. 3 year of <span>professional/internship</span> experience</span></p><p><span>Preference for candidates with analyst professional experience within the field of data analytics </span></p><p><span>English proficiency in business environment is required</span></p><p><br/><span><b>Additional Skills:</b><br/>• MS Office Suite with advanced Excel</span></p><p><span>• Strict attention to detail</span></p><p><span>• Excellent analytical &amp; problem-solving skills</span></p><p><span>• Proactive, anticipating the needs of organization<br/>• Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills<br/>• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and availability to work under pressure<br/>• Contacts are across the organization at all organizational levels and with external contacts.</span></p><p></p><h2>Click on apply if this sounds like you!</h2><p></p><h2><b>We are the makers of possible</b></h2><p></p><p>BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world.
