Global Logistics Analyst

<p>Purpose of the Position:</p><p>The Logistics Analyst is integral to promoting our Operational Excellence agenda through rigorous data analysis, KPI oversight, and insights that bolster efficiency across warehousing, transportation, and distribution networks.</p><p></p><p>Main Tasks and Responsibilities:</p><p></p><p>1. Data Analysis and Insights:</p><p>   - Conduct comprehensive logistics data analysis, focusing on service levels, costs, supplier management, and compliance with S&amp;R regulations. Responsible for data quality and governance, use advanced analytical tools to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.</p><p></p><p>2. KPI Monitoring and Reporting:</p><p>   - Establish and maintain relevant KPIs in collaboration with global and local teams. Implement a formal review process to regularly assess these indicators, generate detailed reports, and lead benchmarking efforts to provide actionable recommendations for performance optimization.</p><p></p><p>3. Digital Solutions Implementation:</p><p>   - Support the design and deployment of global digital logistics solutions, keeping abreast of the latest technology trends to enhance warehousing management and operations. Collaborate with the Global IT team to integrate cutting-edge technologies that streamline processes and boost productivity.</p><p></p><p>4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:</p><p>   - Work effectively with teams across Procurement, Manufacturing, IT, and Finance to align logistics strategies with broader business goals. Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance data quality throughout the supply chain, ensuring clear and impactful communication to stakeholders at all levels.</p><p></p><p>Required Experiences and Skills:</p><p></p><p>- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.</p><p>- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Data Analytics, ideally within the Supply Chain sector of the FMCG industry. Experience working with IT to develop data solutions is highly regarded.</p><p>- Technical Skills: Proficient in analytics and problem-solving, familiar with TMS, WMS, and other logistics software.
