What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Community Experience Specialist, you will combine operational expertise with the resident-first mindset. You’ll lead day-to-day property operations, while also curating engaging experiences that foster a strong sense of community, satisfaction, and retention.

Your Essential Responsibilities:

Resident Engagement & Community Engagement

Act as the primary point of contact for residents, building strong, trust-based relationships

Plan and execute community events and initiatives that foster connection and engagement

Monitor and respond to resident feedback to continuously improve service delivery

Manage communications via newsletters, social media, and resident portals

Create a welcoming experience during move-ins, renewals, and move-outs

Property Management & Operations

Oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring high standards of maintenance, appearance, and functionality

Manage leasing activities, including tours, lease signings, and renewals

Supervise and coordinate with on-site maintenance, vendors, and contractors

Monitor and manage property budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting

Ensure compliance with local regulations, fair housing laws, and company policies

Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal and safety standards

Respond promptly to emergencies and maintenance issues


Compliance

Adhere to federal and state Fair Housing Laws and all company policies.

What We’ll Expect from You:

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in property management.

Proven ability to manage operational responsibilities while delivering exceptional customer experiences

Proficiency with software applications, smartphones, and reporting/analysis tools.

Skills:

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Creative and community-minded, with a passion for resident satisfaction and engagement Excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills

Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and motivation to learn

Excellent Base Pay : $22.00 - $26.00 / hour

New Lease Commissions

Renewals commissions – split amongst the team

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
