<h3>Job Title</h3>Customer Order Specialist with French<p></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As a <b>Customer Order Specialist with French</b>, you will manage and monitor the end-to-end sales order flow, focusing on handling exceptions within your EMEA team.</p><p></p><p><b>Your role includes:</b></p><ul><li><p>Creating projects in SAP MP1 using the correct sales order/contract type</p></li><li><p>Monitoring Handshake cases from the DMS tool (order received)</p></li><li><p>Creating chapters/phases in the project based on the split received in the Bob Quote</p></li><li><p>Processing invoices for projects according to company procedures, based on customer acceptance documents</p></li><li><p>Providing the required documentation to auditors</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>You're the right fit if you:</b></p><ul><li><p>Have <b>2 years of experience</b> in a matrix organization, within <b>Order Management</b> role or Supply Chain, Sales Support/Operations, Customer Service</p></li><li><p>Possess good communication skills and the ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results</p></li><li><p>Can prioritize your work and have strong attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Are proficient in both <b>French</b> and <b>English</b> (<b>C1 level</b> )</p></li><li><p>Have working knowledge of <b>SAP</b> or/and <b>Salesforce</b></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>How we work together</b> </span></p><p><span>We believe that we are better together than apart.
