THE JOB:
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for being knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers and non‐alcoholic selections as well as maintaining the appearance of the bar. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Make and serve alcoholic and non‐alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes and provide food service as needed.
Clean equipment, tools, and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order, including, cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar.
Knowledgeable of menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non‐alcoholic selections available
Ring poured or served beverages, collect payment, and follow all cash handling and variance procedures, including preparing daily reports and submitting appropriate paperwork.
Provide Apprentice Bartender and Bar Porter with training and mentoring on overall function of the bar, guest service and bartending.
Maintain bar inventory according to set pars and internal controls, and request product to maintain stock in bar.
Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Has to be at least 21 years old.
Has at least 1 year of experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting.
THE SCHEDULE: Must be able to work between the hours of operation listed below, including weekends and holidays.
- Monday - Friday: 4PM to 12AM
- Saturday - Sunday: 12PM to 12AM

Pay Rate
The typical pay for this role is:
$14.33This is a tip eligible position.Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
