Responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, supporting clinicians with procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and providing patients with compassionate and informed care. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, medical assisting knowledge, and a commitment to teamwork and service excellence.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fulfill patient care responsibilities as directed by physicians or other clinicians</li> <li>Prepare and maintain clean, organized exam rooms, instruments, and equipment</li> <li>Assist with clinical procedures and medical documentation as needed</li> <li>Support patient flow and maintain effective communication with patients and providers</li> <li>Greet patients warmly, using their name, and maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor</li> <li>Respond quickly and appropriately in emergency situations</li> <li>Follow all clinic safety, infection control, and operational procedures</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Required:</strong></li> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>At least six (6) months of experience working in a medical facility as a Medical Assistant or similar healthcare role</li> <li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association</li> </ul> <li><strong>Preferred:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program</li> </ul> <li><strong>Substitution Allowed:</strong></li> <ul> <li>Completion of an accredited medical assisting program in lieu of the six-month experience requirement</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Abilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain smooth cl
